Ingredients:
- 350g angel hair pasta
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 tomato, seeds removed and diced
- ½ – 1 red chilli, chopped
- 2 – 3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 200g crab meat
- ¼ cup low fat cooking cream (adapt amount according to taste)
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
- Cook the angel hair pasta, following the packet instructions.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Sauté tomato, chilli, and garlic, until the tomato is just soft, then add a little crab meat and cream to make a sauce.
- Keep adding the crab meat and cream until you have a consistency that you like.
- Add basil and toss through the drained pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper.
